Angel-Lite Inspection Services (ALIS) is privately owned property inspection firm based
in Phoenix Arizona. We are certified and bonded to perform home inspections in
the State of Arizona. We meet all state certification criteria necessary to engage in the
business of performing home inspections and writing home inspection reports.

The area we cover includes most of Arizona, particularly the Metro Phoenix area,
Flagstaff and Sedona. Trip charges may apply in some circumstances; you should
always ask for a quote.

have the proper training and certification.

We provide a high-quality, narrative based report for all of our customers. A printed
paper copy of the report is delivered to the customer upon completion of the inspection

Brief History of Angel-Lite Inspection
Angel-Lite was started in the summer of 2003 officially, but has it
roots almost 22 years ago when our principal inspector received her Residential
Wireman certification from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers #640 in
1982.

There began building her knowledge of building systems and construction
infrastructure. After that she earned an Associates Degree in Electronics from DeVry
Institute of Technology and spent time with Honeywell Commercial Building Systems.

She is intimately familiar with building systems from the eight years of performing
residential building maintenance for clients all around the Valley, working in electrical,
plumbing, heating & cooling and elements of indoor and outdoor components.

She then attended Arizona SunTech to get her home inspection training diploma and
then took and passed her Arizona State Board of Technical Registration Certification test.
